AQW 34971/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 10479/22-27 and AQW 18185/22-27, whether (i) the vesting process for the land required for the construction of the B101 North Lisburn Feeder Road at Thaxton, Lisburn, has been completed, given that the original estimated timeframe of up to one year has now elapsed; and (ii) her Department has received any indication from the developers as to when construction is expected to commence.

My officials are exploring options to purchase the land by agreement, therefore the vesting process has not yet commenced.
Construction of the road can only begin once the land has been purchased or vested, with this process likely to take up to a year to complete. As such, I cannot confirm a date for the commencement of construction.
