Invest NI holds 220 acres of land within the Lagan Valley constituency, of which c1.7 acres remain available for Invest NI customers with an approved business case and an immediate demonstrable land need.
Through its Regional Property Programme, Invest NI has committed to work in partnership with local stakeholders and councils, to identify property requirements and collectively deliver solutions that support long-term economic development.
